ParentPay

ParentPay is the secure online payment system we use at All Saints Academy to manage all school-related payments. It allows parents to conveniently pay for meals, trips, clubs and other activities in one place, helping the school reduce cash handling while giving families a simple and transparent way to manage their child’s expenses.

ParentPay Account

New to ParentPay: 

You have a secure online account, activated using a unique activation username and password; you will be prompted to change these and to keep them safe and secure as your Username and Password for future logins.

If you have two or more children at a ParentPay school, you only need to activate one account to create your ‘main account’ and then add your other children via the Add a child tab on your home page.

ParentPay activation letters for all current students can be obtained from finance@allsaints-academy.co.uk, with additional accounts available on request.

Already have and account:

If you already have a ParentPay account, either with our school or another ParentPay school, you can simply login to that account and add your other children via the Add a child tab on your home page. You will need an activation username and password from finance@allsaints-academy.co.uk to do this.

Issues accessing ParentPay:

If your account has previously been activated and you have forgotten your password, please follow the forgotten password link on ParentPay as we do not have access to these.

Canteen

Students all have an ID provided by the academy that enables them to make purchases within the canteen. Funds are put onto this through the secure ParentPay website:

Please Note:

Paying via the One Click payment method within ParentPay, sets up a mini–Direct Debit with your bank, takes 4-5 working days to clear and regularly fails.

To avoid payments failing and potentially losing a place on a trip, please add to basket, proceed to checkout and then select "Other Payment" method. This will then take you through to the normal card payment screen which clears instantly.

Each student is issued a pin number when they enroll, to use in the canteen to purchase items. Please contact the office if your child requires their code again: office@asa.weareauthentic.education 

Free school meal credits will be automatically charged to the student cards. If you believe that your child should be in receipt of Free School Meals then please apply through the website:

Trips & Other Payment Items

Payments for trips and other payment items such as some uniform and revision guides, is done through ParentPay.
